What do you need from me to start?

Do you handle compost?

Yes. If your property uses DSNY compost, we include compost placement/return as part of service.

What time do you set bins out?

We set bins out on the correct evening before pickup, commonly after 6pm per NYC rules. Exact timing depends on your block’s schedule.

How does billing work?

Customers are billed securely through Stripe. Recurring plans are set up through the pricing section above.
